Zucchini Sausage Pasta

Perfect recipe for August when the garden is plentiful!

4 ozs. pasta
1/2 - 1 lb. sausage
1 zucchini (2 if they're tiny)
1 sunburst squash
1 t. dill
1 t. oregano
1 t. basil
1 t. thyme
1-2 tomatoes
salt & pepper

Cook pasta (I usually use spaghetti, fettuccini or fusilli). Drain & toss with a little olive oil. Slice zucchini & sunburst squash. Sprinkle with salt and set aside. Brown sausage. When sausage is close to finishing, add zucchini & squash (if sausage is really fatty, drain first). Saute about 4-5 minutes, adding herbs in the order they're listed. Add tomatoes in the last few minutes. Salt & pepper to taste.
