Panama Ice Box Dessert (Jesse's favorite)

18 oreo cookies
1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 egg whites (beaten)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pint whipping cream (whipped)
3 egg yolks

Crush 9 cookies & use to line 9" x 13" pyrex dish.  Cream butter, egg yolks & powdered sugar.  Add nuts.  Fold in beaten egg whites.  Spread over cookies in dish.   Spread whipped cream over this.  Crush remaining cookies.  Sprinkle over whipped cream - cover with foil & refrigerate overnight.
