Rach & Tate's RUB

1 T. cracked black peppercorns
1 T. salt
2 t. fennel seeds
1 t. dried thyme
1 t. sweet or hot paprika
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. red pepper
1 t. ground sage

Grind up (we use a "dedicated" coffee grinder). Coat meat & grill.
